Política de Cancelaciones

Cancellations by the client:

Cancellation with more than 30 days in advance: 50% of the total price.

Cancellation with 30 days or less: 100% of the total price.

Cancellations due to COVID-19:

Only the official closure of the island or travel restrictions imposed by authorities will be accepted as a reason. (return or exchange for another period). They are not considered valid reasons:

Flight cancellation.

Passenger contagion.

Recommendations not to travel.

Cancellations due to bad weather:

Option to reschedule (according to availability) or receive a voucher valid for 1 year.

Conditions for cancellation:

Eggs >1 meter and winds >25 knots (according to Windfinder).

Only applicable for full day reservations (Day Charter).

The cancellation will be managed on the same day of boarding at the office..
